He had a decade of experience working at the First National Bank, Plc. At FNB, he oversaw the move away from traditional banking toward rewarding ecosystem-centric solutions for customers. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of JSE Limited since January 1, 2014. Dr. Jordaan is the recipient of the CNBC Africa Business Leader of the Year for Southern Africa award.

The combination of excellent exploration results, the crowdfunding and community involvement has attracted two multi-billion rand bids for ANE. The company aims to achieve a $1 billion valuation on a planned IPO within the next two years.

He also co-founded Aziza coin. The world’s first ethically tax-advantaged blockchain-based digital currency, designed to support start-ups in the developing world.

Her entrepreneurial journey started when she founded Wealth Ladder Magazine, which was later sold to another media house. This is an interactive publication focusing on entrepreneurship, startup success stories, financial literacy, wealth accumulation, and leisure. She is currently the Co-founder and Editor in Chief of Tenacity magazine, which focuses on community and rural development – powered by De Beers mining group.

Her life story is inspiring, we go back from where she started as a kid, to her corporate life. It all adds up to where she is today.

Nhial Majok started with humble beginnings in Sudan. The Sudanese war was at it’s peak by the time he was 10 which forced him to move around various East African countries to attain a good education. He later moved to Australia.

Nhial has worked in IT for over 8 years both with the Australian government and in the private sector, providing system support for large clients for IBM Australia. He has experience in small and large organizations to the table in forming the company as well as his passion for financial innovation given his understanding of Australian economic theory.

He is now working on PESABASE, a low remittance, payments and banking for Africa. The platform is being built on OmisegoGo Blockchain platform.
